So here are the steps to add commentluv on your blogger blog.

• Go to Intensedebate.com
• Register new account.
• After completing registration, login to your account.
• Go to this page https://intensedebate.com/install
• Here Add Your blog name. As shown below.

• Click on next step. Now go to blogger Account.
• Select  blog where you want to setup Intense Debate.
• Backup your blogger template.
• Now go to Intensedebate (Upload Backup template)

• After uploading it will give you the new template file containing IntenseDebate installed. 

• Now go to your Intensedebate dashboard and configure it.

• Now your current site's dashboard open. 
• On the left side, click on plugins.

• Now click on "activate" and you are done.
