I divided this tutorial in two part for your better understanding. The first one is submitting your blog/website in Bing webmaster and the second/last one is submitting sitemap and verifying ownership. - After landing there you will find a blank box to fill up with your blog homepage url. After that enter the cptcha and click SUBMIT button. See the picture below for better understanding.
- Here bing will show you a notification that "your request was successfully submitted". Time to log in now. Click "GREAT SIGN ME UP".
- After clicking sign me up bing will ask you to enter your mail ID and password. Fill it and click Sign in.

In this part I'll describe how to submit SEO friendly sitemap for your blogger blog in bing webmaster tools.1. After completing the first part (Finishing the Sign in process) now bing will tell you to input a sitemap for your blog. In the add a sitemap box input this line:
http://www.yourblog.com/feeds/posts/default?orderby=UPDATEDBe sure to replace yourblog.com with your own blog url.

- Login to your blogger account select your blog and click on template then Edit HTML.
