Step by step guide:

Step 1: Go o Blogger.com
Step 2: Go to Dashboard > Template click on Edit HTML.

Step 3: Now Click inside the HTML section of your blog and Press Ctrl + F for opening the HTML search box.

Step 4: Paste the following code in the search bar and hit enter 3 times.

Step 5: Now paste the following code above the  Phrase.
