Step by Step Guide to set up the Blogger Settings

Blogger Dashboard

Login to your Blogspot account

Go to Dashboard > Click on Settings Page > Basic

Setting Options
  • Basic
  • Posts and Comments
  • Mobile and Email
  • Language and Formatting
  • Search Preferences
  • Others
  • Basic Settings
Here in basic You will setup Title, Description & Privacy settings.


In Title Enter your blog title Always choose a title that matches your blog’s niche.

Add a short Description detail about the your blog.
Privacy : It helps in the Search Engines for the crawl. Set both options "Yes"
  • Posts And Comments
Enable comments on a every post

In the Show at most option, choose how many posts to show up in your Home page.In the Comment Section >> comment location >> embedded option, and I suggest that you select Registered User for Who can comment so only register user can comment on your blog. In Comment Moderation select Always and add the email address into the box to get notifications. Select No for Show word verification.
  • Language and Formatting
In the language part, Select specific language in which you want to run blogger and choose language transliteration as you like.
In the Formatting portion Set the Time zone in which you are located and change.

In Meta tags section Description show in the Search Engine under Website link
