In order to make use of Facebook page posting tool, you need to give some permissions to the access token, these permissions are "manage_pages" and "publish_actions". These are extended permissions. Now click on confirm and follow the simple steps shown on your screen.

After following above steps, you will see a new working access token in the input field, 

Copy this access token and paste it into Facebook Social Toolkit.
Now enter your custom message and link and Click on post on Facebook Pages button. Facebook Social Toolkit will start to post on all Facebook pages owned by you, you can use the stop button to stop this.
