Administrative Template>Network>Qos Packet Scheduler>Limit Resealable Bandwidth

4. Now change the setting from "enabled" to disabled" or enter 0% in the field of resealable bandwidth

Method 2: For Windows 7 Home Premium

Method 2 is typically for Windows 7 Home Premium user. If you are not running Windows 7 Home Premium Then you can simply follow the step 1, and if you are running Windows 7 Home premium then this article might be helpful for you.

We will use registry editor to do this

1.Press Win+R
2.Then type in regedit and hit enter
3. After that expand to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Policies > Microsoft > Windows > Psched

4. Now click on NonBestEffortLimit and change its value to 0 to use full bandwidth.

Congratulations now you have disabled reserved Bandwidth in your Windows PC.
